1. How do I find my perfect shade match?

We recommend uploading a clear photo of your hair in natural daylight.Our expert stylists will personally match you to one of our 28 available shades — we want your extensions to be completely undetectable.
2. Are your hair extensions real human hair?

Yes. All Bella Ragazza extensions are made from 100% Remy human hair — single donor, cuticle-aligned and unprocessed. This means they behave exactly like your own hair. You can wash, blow-dry, curl, straighten and colour them just as you would your natural hair.
3. How long do hair extensions last?

With proper care our extensions last between 6 to 12 months with daily wear. Clip-in extensions tend to last longer as they are removed daily. We include a full care guide with every order and our stylists are always available to advise you on maintaining your extensions for maximum longevity.

5. What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and unused products in their original packaging. If your shade is not quite right we will gladly exchange it for the correct match at no extra cost. Please contact us at support@bellaaragazza.co.za within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
